Meet Ayshah
Ayshah is a young woman working in the Roseyar factory, where she blossomed into a manufacturer of Taif rose oil cosmetics.
Although her passion for beauty was always strong, the journey that led Ayshah to Roseyar was quite thorny. Born with a heart condition, she grew up loved and protected by her whole family. As she reached adulthood, she struggled to find a way to be more independent.
Thanks to the Roseyar factory and the professional training she received there, Ayshah found new confidence, a career and, most importantly, the opportunity to take care of herself and her family.

The Roseyar factory
Inaugurated and sponsored by Aramco, Roseyar is one of the registered projects of the Al Yakaza Women's Charity Association in Taif.
The factory hires local women to work in the manufacture of cosmetics based on locally produced Taif rose oil, a precious ingredient grown in the Sarawat mountains and renowned for its scent and various health benefits.
Roseyar is the first factory relying on an all-female workforce, contributing to supporting women and the local community. While celebrating the tradition, the manufacturing process follows international and modern standards, and produces up to 100,000 units of body care products per year.
